What are the measurements of your layered bows? TOP
Petite Layered Bows measure approximately
3 - 3 1/2" wide.
Large Multi-Layered Bows measure approximately
4 - 4 1/2" wide.
The bows are handsewn for durablity. The ends of all the ribbons are heat sealed to prevent fraying and the bows are lightly treated so they will maintain their shape for years to come.
What is the difference between an Alligator Clip and French Barrette? TOP
An Alligator Clip (sometimes called a Slide clip) opens like the mouth of an alligator by pinching together the ends. It just slides right into the hair.
The French Barrette is a spring loaded barrette.
If I need several bows can I receive a discount? TOP
We are happy to offer a discounted rate if you wish to order a high quantity on a item for your squad, sports team or for birthday favors. Please drop us an email before you place your order andfor additional information.
I see a bow that I am interested in but I would like it made in a different size. Is this possible? TOP
Most definitely! The assortment of bows in our collection can either be made larger or smaller with your request. Please email us with your thoughts on a particular product and we will certainly try our best to meet your request.
Do you create custom bows? TOP
We're always happy to create custom orders. Just email us with what you may be looking for and we will be happy to create something unique for you.
Or, If you have a photo of an outfit you were looking to match a Ciao Bella Bows product to, please email a photo of the outfit to us and we'll do our best to match it for you.
After I place the order, how long until I receive my items? TOP
The bows are created after the order is received. This allows you to make any adjustments to customize the bows. Most orders will be ready to ship within one week of ordering. However, during seasonal times it may take a bit longer. However, if you are in a rush for something in particular please email us and we will let you know if we can rush your order.

What is your Return Policy? TOP
ALL products on our web site are made-to-order (to your specifications). Due to the custom nature of our web site, nothing is mass produced and therefore, not returnable. You will receive a custom and handmade product each and every time you order!
Do you sell Wholesale? TOP
Yes, we do offer a wholesale program to approved businesses. Just go to the Wholesale page on our site and fill out the online application. Once you application has been approved an email will be sent to you as a confirmation. Then you would just need to log in under the wholesale category by entering your email address and password. This will allow you to place your orders directly through the website and your discount will automatically be applied.
Our timeframe for shipment averages 5-10 business days. However depending on the season, it may take up to two weeks for the order to ship. If you have a question regarding your order's timeframe for shipment, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss it with you.
One Request: Our online wholesale application does not ask for your FEIN and business telephone numbers. Therefore we require that you either enter your FEIN and telephone number UNDER your address on the application.
