What are the measurements of your layered bows? TOP
Mini Layered Hair Bows Measure approximately
3 1/2" wide.
Petite Layered Bows measure approximately
4 1/2" wide.
Large Multi-Layered Bows measure approximately
5 1/2" wide.
What is the difference between an Alligator Clip and French Barrette? TOP
An Alligator Clip opens like the mouth of an alligator by pinching together the ends.
The French Barrette is a spring loaded barrette that clasps.
Do you sell Wholesale? TOP

I see a bow that I am interested in but I would like it made in a different size. Is this possible? TOP
Depends on the ribbon style. So please email us at info@ciaobellabows.com with what you would like and we will let you know if we can make it happen for you. Do you create custom bows? TOP
You can visit our Design Your Own Item page to create a product in the colors you wish. Or if you have a photo of an outfit you were looking to match a Ciao Bella Bows product to, please email a photo of the outfit to info@ciaobellabows.com and we'll create something unique for you.
After I place the order, how long until I receive my items? TOP
All products are created after the order is received. This allows you to make any adjustments to customize your purchase. Most orders will be ready to ship within 5 business days of ordering. Although during seasonal times it may take a bit longer. However, if you are in a rush for something in particular please email us at info@ciaobellabows.com and we will let you know if we can rush your order. What is your Return Policy? TOP
ALL products on our web site are made-to-order (to your specifications). Due to the custom nature of our web site, nothing is mass produced and therefore, not returnable. You will receive a custom and handmade product each and every time you order!
However if within 5 days of receiving your product a defect in the item is noticed, not related to normal wear and tear, please contact us immediately. You will be required to ship the item directly to us and in turn we will replace your item. Shipping is not refundable.
